Januar Jahja and Partners Named “Firm of the Year” for Indonesia by Managing IP; Managing Partner Prudence Jahja Receives Numerous Accolades
Januar Jahja and Partners is very honored to announce that it has been named the 2021 “Firm of the Year” for Indonesia by Managing IP. In winning the only category for the entire jurisdiction of Indonesia, it was noted that “despite the COVID-19 pandemic, our winner achieved a record number of patent applications for clients in 2020 and advised a London Stock Exchange company on patent protection. The firm also demonstrated growth with new staff and clients, including Indonesia’s first unicorn start-up.”
Now in their 16th year, the Managing IP Asia Pacific Awards seek to “recognise remarkable intellectual property achievements by law firms and their practitioners last year.” The full list of winners can be accessed here.
Managing Partner Prudence Jahja has also received a number of impressive recognitions recently. She was named as one of the Top 250 Women in IP for 2021 by Managing IP, the third straight year she has been so recognized. For 2021, she was one of only two women from Indonesia included in the list.
Prudence was also recognized as one of the Top 100 Attorneys in Indonesia by Asia Business Law Journal, which publishes “The A-List” each year and can be accessed here.
