Januar Jahja and Partners (JJP), a leading Indonesian intellectual property (IP) boutique, is pleased to formally announce the hiring of three new IP professionals who will surely play key roles in the firm’s continued growth and development. The hires focus on the firms’ Patents/Designs and Litigation Departments, enhancing the firm’s expertise in these two critical practice areas.
On the Patent/Design side, JJP has added Mrs. Wulan Mogesmiranti (“Moges”) as Patent Attorney and Ms. Mitha Fuji Adiati as Patent Specialist. Moges is a licensed attorney with over seven years experience handling and advising on all aspects of patent and industrial design prosecution and enforcement. Previously, she worked in the Indonesian office of a multi-national IP firm, where she advised clients across a wide spectrum of sectors. Moges can be reached at wmogesmiranti@jahja.com.
Mitha joins as a Patent Specialist focusing on the substantive examination of patent applications. Prior to joining JJP, she worked at a leading Indonesian IP firm for more than three years as a patent specialist to analyze patentability, report and respond to Office Actions, review patent specifications in the chemical, pharmaceutical, biological, and technical fields, as well as to generally advise clients on patent prosecution matters. On the Litigation side, John joins the firm as an Associate focusing on IP Litigation and enforcement matters, such as trademark infringement and cancellation actions, online takedowns, and warning letters, among others.
